Electronic Devices Circuits and Applications is designed to impart conceptual knowledge to students of B.Tech. / B.E. second year and deals with electronic circuits based on BJTs, FETs, Op-amp and their analysis and applications. The growth of electronic devices is so rapid that its impact is increasingly realized in nearly all aspects of electronic technologies.

Dr. R.K. Singh, Ph.D is working as Professor in the Dept. of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Kumaon Engineering College, Dwarahat, Almora, Uttarakhand. He obtained his Ph.D from MNIT, Allahabad formerly known as MNREC Allahabad, and Master of Engineering from BITS, Pilani, Rajasthan. Dr. R. K. Singh has given his contribution to the area of Microelectronics, Fiber Optics Communication and Solid States Devices. He has published several research papers in International/National seminars/conference and journals. He is member of several institutions and educational bodies. Dr. R. K. Singh has published several books with different publishers. He has received several national awards. He also worked as Scientist, CEERI, Pilani.
Prof. K. Lal Kishore has post graduate and Ph.D degrees from Indian Institute of Science (I.I.Sc) Bangalore. He is a senior professor in Electronics and Communications Engg. Department of JNTUH University, Hyderabad, and is presently Director R & D. He has over 33 years experience in teaching and research. He has more than 114 research publications to his credit so far. He has produced six Ph.Ds so far and many more research scholars are working under his guidance.
He has won First Bapu Seetharam Memorial Award and S.V. Aiya Memorial award from IETE for research contribution, Best Teacher award from Govt. of A.P and many more national level awards. He has implemented number of research projects and developed many laboratories in the department.
