About the Authors:

Prof (Dr.) T. K Chatterjee, the former UGC (Govt. of India) Research Scientist and retired Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology, Jadavpur University, Kolkata, has been dynamically engaged in Pharmacological and Toxicological research and teaching for the past three decades. He holds the post of Dean, School of Pharmacy at JIS University, Kolkata. He is the author of more than 164 research papers in journals of National and International repute. He has written multiple books entitled "Handbook on Laboratory Mice and Rats" (1993), "Herbal Options" (1st edition 1996, 2nd edition 1997, 3rd edition 1999), "Chemotherapy of Tropical Parasitic Infection" (1st edition1995, 2nd edition 1999), "Skin Diseases and Treatment " (1st edition 1999), "A handbook of Pharmacology" (2011). "Pharmacological Properties of Coccania grandis" (2012) "Medicinal Plant Abrus precatorious L." (2012), "Anti-Diabetic Plant Steospermum suaveolens (Roxb.) He has mentored more than twenty-nine of Ph.D and forty-seven M.Pharm dissertation thesis of students. He is also a freelance Bio-Medical writer with renowned expertise. He has received multiple prestigious awards like Ram Mohan Puraskar, Aadi Samman, NIMA Award, Nagarjun Puraskar, Outstanding Scientist Award and Asia's Top 50Academicians & Research Award 2022, National Excellence Award 2023 , International Excellence Award 2023, Indian Glory Awards 2023 and GBEA Award 2023 for his contributions to Pharmaceuticals Science and Research. Prof. Chatterjee is the holder of many patents (Granted & Pending). His research works were regarded in high esteem for embracing in-depth expertise on the relevant topics of his research. 

Saikat Chatterjee is a Global Policy Leader at Google, California, USA, where he has successfully managed projects for several years across geographies and partnered with professionals and leadership across Policy, Legal, Business and Product to drive transformative impact for Google and its ecosystem.

He is a Harvard Kennedy School (Massachuset, USA) alumni with Executive Education in Public Policy. He is also certified in prominent Harvard education programs such as "Leading in Artificial Intelligence" (2022) and "Cybersecurity: An Intersection of Policy & Technology '' (2018). He is also a Grade-A Certified scholar in the "Artificial Intelligence" program, at Stanford University, USA (Spring 2021). Earlier, he graduated from St. Joseph’s University, Bangalore, India, as the valedictorian and Best Outgoing Student in Physical Sciences (2009). He and his team designed and tested a solid rocket engine in collaboration with the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO). He also participated and presented in many national science competitions, including in workshops conducted by ISRO & Astronautical Society of India (ASI) (y. 2008-2009). A chemistry enthusiast, he also wrote a term paper on 'Chemical Oscillations and Chaos' in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore (y. 2008). Saikat has recently published an original research article on serotonin and received overwhelming appreciation from the scientific fraternity.
