About the Book:
The book,
Industrial Pharmacy- II, has been prepared as per the syllabus framed by the
Pharmacy Council of India for B. Pharmacy, 7th semester. To ensure that the
students can understand the concept and contents, the book has been written in
a clear language. Each subject has been thoroughly explained. However, certain
things that are significant and valuable are covered. This will make it easier
for the students to connect their theoretical learning to the real-world needs
of the pharmaceutical sector.

About the Authors:
D. K. Tripathi, has been working as Director,
Pharmacy of Santosh Rungta Group of Institutions, Bhilai. He had been the Dean
of Faculty and the Chairman of BOS, Pharmacy, CSVTU (Chhattisgarh Swami
Vivekananda Technical University). He has been in profession of Pharmacy since
1974 for about forty-five years. He possessed both industrial and academic
experiences.
He
has successfully worked in various academic Institutions in West Bengal,
Odisha, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. During his work he has understood the
need of the students for which he has authored ten books. More than hundred
fifty research and review articles have been published in various National and
International journals of repute. He has supervised about six scholars at PhD
level and about fifty scholars at PG level.
Ayushmaan Roy, M. Pharm, Assistant Professor
and Head of the Examination, Rungta College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Bhilai,
Chhattisgarh, India. He did M. Pharm (Pharmaceutics) from Chhattisgarh Swami
Vivekananda Technical University, Bhilai (C.G.). At a very young age of 25, he
has several publications in reputed International and National journals. He has
received the Best Poster Presentation Award in CGCOST in 2018. He has also
presented various papers at National and International conferences.
He has filed a patent at the
National & International level. It is a matter of mentioning that one of
his patents got granted in Australia.
Manindra Mahapatra is an Assistant Professor of Pharmaceutics at Rungta
College of Pharmaceutical Science and Research (RCPSR) Bhilai since 2021. He
has completed a Diploma in Pharmacy from Columbia College of Pharmacy, Tekri
Raipur (C.G). He completed his graduation Bachelor of Pharmacy from Ravi
Shankar Shukla University Raipur (C.G). He also holds a Master's degree
M.Pharma in Pharmaceutics, from the Institute of Chemical Technology
(ICT/UDCT), Matunga, Mumbai. He has Qualified the Graduate Aptitude Test (GPAT)
Examination 2018. He has also qualified NIPER Examination 2018, and Pharmacist
examination, conducted by C.G Vyapam in 2017. |
