About the Authors:

Dr. Neelesh Malviya, M. Pharm. (Hons.), MBA (HR), Ph.D. (Pharm. Sci.), is presently designated as Professor & Principal in Smriti College of Pharmaceutical Education, Indore (M.P.). Dr. Neelesh Malviya attained research project from DST, AICTE, MPCST due to his research aptitude in the field of pharmaceutical sciences. He has 4 patents,7designs,8 MOU’s, more than 100 papers, 7 textbooks and 5 book chapters in his credits. He has guided 8 PhD, 25 postgraduate and 27 graduates’ research projects. He has organized more than 50 conferences/workshops/FDPS. and has given more than 5 research consultancy and training programme in pharma institutions as well industries. 

Dr. Rajiv Saxena M. Tech. (Biotechnology) (Gold Medalist), Ph.D. (Pharm. Sci.), is Associate Professor, Smriti College of Pharmaceutical Education, Indore. He published more than 15 research papers, published 1 patents, granted 7 designs and signed 5 MOU’s. He is awarded with best teacher award, young researcher award, excellence in teaching award, inspirational assistant professor award and more than 5 best paper presentation awards. 

Mrs. Arti Majumdar, M. Pharm (Pharmaceutics), is Associate Professor in Smriti College of Pharmaceutical Education, Indore. She has published more than 35 research papers. She is awarded Excellence in Teaching and 8 best Paper Presentation Awards. She also received Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) from AICTE, New Delhi during M. Pharma upon scoring 95.75 GATE 2003 percentile 

Dr. Kushagra Dubey, M. Pharm., Ph.D. (Pharm. Sci.), is Associate Professor, Smriti College of Pharmaceutical Education, Indore. She had published more than 20 research articles (national & International), 01 research patent. She is awarded with best faculty award, young researcher award, excellence in teaching award and more than 10 best paper presentation awards. 

Dr. Tahir Nizami M. Pharm., Ph.D. (Pharm. Sci.), is presently designated as Associate Professor in Smriti College of Pharmaceutical Education, Indore. He has published 30 research papers in National and International journals. He is awarded Excellence in Teaching (2019), Young scientist Award (2020), and Inspirational Associate Professor Award (2021) during his academic journey. 

Mrs. Ruchi Gupta, M. Pharm.,is presently designated as Assistant Professor in Smriti College of Pharmaceutical Education, Indore. She has published 25 research papers. She is awarded Excellence in Teaching and 5 best Paper Presentation Awards. She also achieved Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) from AICTE, New Delhi during M. Pharma. 

Mr. Anindya Goswami M. Pharm. is currently working as an Associate Professor. at Smriti College of Pharmaceutical Education, Indore. He is having a teaching experience of more than 14 years at both Undergraduate and Post Graduate level. He is the recipient of Excellence in teaching award and has 3 best paper presentation awards in his credit. 

Dr. Neelima Naneriya, M.Pharm., Ph.D. (Pharm Sci) is Associate Professor, Smriti College of Pharmaceutical Education, Indore (MP). She has published 20 research papers and 3 book chapters in Elsevier. She is awarded Excellence in Teaching and 3 best paper presentation awards. She also achieved Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) from AICTE, New Delhi during M. Pharm. 

Mr. Ankit Mangal M. Pharm (Pharmaceutical Chemistry), is Associate Professor, Smriti College of Pharmaceutical Education, Indore. He possesses over 11 years of teaching experience, and also involved in scientific publications and has research papers published in various reputed national and international journals. He was awarded the excellence in teaching award and the best paper presentation award. He has qualified for the GPAT examination with a remarkable AllIndia Rank - 55. 

Ms. Priya Mourya, M.Pharm (Industrial Pharmacy), is Assistant Professor, Department of Pharmaceutics, Smriti College of Pharmaceutical Education, Indore M.P. She qualified GPAT in the year 2015. She has more than 4 years of teaching experience and published 2 research papers. She is awarded Excellence in Teaching and 6 best Paper Presentation Awards.
